Greetings Roosevelt Families!

We hope your summer is off to a wonderful start and that you are enjoying the activities, opportunities, and time together that this season brings to your family life.

The Roosevelt Booster Club is excited to close out the 2025–2026 year and officially launch into the 2026–2027 school year and we hope you are ready to come along with us! As we look ahead, we are filled with energy, gratitude, and excitement for another year of supporting Roosevelt students, activities, athletics, coaches, advisors, and the entire Rider community.

The Roosevelt Booster Club exists to support all student activities and help strengthen the community that makes RHS such a special place. Whether our students are competing, performing, leading, creating, serving, or cheering each other on, we are proud to help provide resources, recognition, and opportunities that enhance their Roosevelt experience.

Over the past year, the Roosevelt Booster Club and our community have celebrated many successes, navigated expected and unexpected changes, and continued to reflect on how we can grow as a community of Roosevelt supporters. Through it all, one thing has remained clear: Roosevelt is a place to belong. A place to thrive.

Recent Booster Club highlights have included supporting all athletes with new training treadmills, helping support the upcoming Homecoming game at Roosevelt Field for the first time in a very long time, providing annual financial support to individual student activities, and reinforcing our school motto through the “We are One. We are Roosevelt.” shirts provided to students each year.

This work and so much more is only possible because of the generous support, involvement, and spirit of the Roosevelt community. To continue investing in our students, activities, school, and shared sense of Rider pride, we need families to join us again this year and we need new parents and members to get involved.

The Booster Club has a few important needs for the 2026–2027 school year:

Participation and representation from across our wide and diverse Roosevelt community at Booster Club meetings and community events, including President’s Bowl.

Adults willing to help lead or co-lead Booster Club roles, committees, events, and initiatives that support the RHS community throughout the year.

Ongoing financial support through sponsorships and memberships that allow us to invest directly in student activities and the school. All money raised goes directly back to supporting Roosevelt students, activities, and programs.

If you have been part of Booster Club in the past, we sincerely thank you and invite you to join us again. Your time, energy, and support have made a meaningful impact. If you are new to Roosevelt, new to Booster Club, or have been looking for a way to get more connected, this is a great year to jump in. Every membership, every volunteer, every sponsor, and every helping hand makes a difference.

Memberships

2026–2027 Booster Club Memberships, Swag, and Activities Passes are here!

A paid Roosevelt Booster Club membership is the only way to receive Sioux Falls School District Adult Activities Passes for the school year. These passes provide entrance to Sioux Falls School District athletic events at all four high schools. Membership is also the best way to get exclusive RHS Booster swag and start the school year showing your Rider pride in cardinal and gold.

There are several membership packages available, including options for families, individuals, and community members who want to support Roosevelt.

Membership options include:

• The Senior Gold Pass for our 65+ community members at a discounted rate.
• A non-pass membership option for those who want to support and be involved at a discounted rate.
• A SFSD Employee Pass at a discounted rate.
• The Teddy and Rough Rider memberships for all other parents.

All memberships can be purchased online through the Booster Club Store.

Once your order is confirmed, our membership team will send your activities passes directly to you through the Bound app. Bound is the school district platform used for activity passes.

Important Reminders When Ordering memberships:

First-time Bound users: The email you use to purchase your membership must be the same email you use to register your Bound account.

Returning Bound users: Please purchase your membership using the same email you used for the Bound app.

For multiple-pass packages:

If you purchase a membership with more than one pass, all passes will be sent to the email address used to complete the purchase.

Buyers will then be able to distribute passes to others in their family through Bound. Please see the guide linked on our website for help.

Passes:

• The first round of passes will be sent on or near August 1.
• Passes will continue to be sent at regular intervals after August 1 for purchases made later.
• Passes are not sent immediately after purchase.
• Our membership team manually sends each pass, and we appreciate your patience as we work to get passes distributed as quickly and accurately as possible.

We are grateful for every family, volunteer, sponsor, coach, advisor, student, and supporter who helps make Roosevelt such a strong and spirited community. We are excited for the 2026–2027 school year and look forward to working together to support our students, celebrate their accomplishments, and continue building Rider pride.
